Ingredients
1 loaf fresh Italian bread
1 cup basil leaves
3 sprigs oregano
Tools
Weston Dehydrator (We used the Weston 6-Tray Dehydrator)
Weston Meat Grinder (We used the Weston #5 Electric Meat Grinder)
Dehydrate all in a Weston Food Dehydrator at 115 degrees for about 8 hours - but check back every hour after 4 hours (due to water content, dehydrating times vary).

Run all ingredients through a Weston Meat Grinder (medium or fine plate,
depending on how fine you like your crumbs - we use fine).

Before reading this article, I haven't thought of using meat grinders to made bread crumbs! Really thanks for the advice. Now I can create my own fresh crumb than buying ready crumbs in stores! Thanks for the advice.
