How to Make Cornmeal with a Weston Mandoline, Weston Dehydrator and Weston Multi Grain & Cereal Mill

Step One: Shuck the corn
Step Two: Remove the kernels from the cob using a Weston Mandoline

Pictured here is the new Weston V-Slice Mandoline.
Also available are the Michael Symon Mandolines
and Weston Stainless Steel Mandoline.

Step Three: Dehydrate the kernels in a Weston Dehydrator - you'll need the Weston Dehydrator Netting Roll to hold the kernels. It should take around 8 hours.

Step Four: Grind the kernels into cornmeal with a Weston Multi Grain & Cereal Mill.
