Mango Salsa in a Weston Manual Kitchen Kit


This is an incredibly simple recipe for mango salsa, but it lets the mangoes shine
and keeps things uncomplicated & delicious. 

Makes 2 cups

- Ingredients -
1 1/2 quarts homemade canned mangoes
1 small red onion, quartered
1 handful fresh cilantro
juice from 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

- Tools -
Weston Manual Kitchen Kit

Place all ingredients into the Manual Kitchen Kit with the chopping blade inserted. Turn the handle to chop the ingredients into a chunky salsa. Serve. (Yes, that's it!)
